Blueberry and white chocolate muffins

125 gram of butter

2 eggs

0.15 liter of sugar

1 spoon of vanilla sugar

0,2 liter milk

0,4 liter wheat flour

2 spoons of baking powder


200 gram of blueberries

100 gram of white chocolate


Put the owen at 180 celsius degrees, but if you make smaller put at 190 degrees

Melt butter and then add the milk.  Whisk egg, sugar and vanilla sugar. Then stir it together with the butter and milk. Then add the flour, baking powder  and salt. Stir.

Fill the muffin forms 2/3, then add the blueberries and white chocolate.

For big muffins, about 20 minutes and smaller 13-15 minutes.
