This is such a good kind of cake to have at home, fresh or just in the freezer. I love the swedish name socker kaka- sugar cake. The english name for it is sponge cake which such a non appealing name for this lovely cake.
2 big apples
2 tsp spoons of cinnamon
2 table spoons sugar
2 big eggs 3 small eggs
0,25 liter sugar
100 gram butter or 75 gram butter and a little cream
0,3 dl flour
2 tbl spoons of baking soda
Set the owen at 175 celsius degrees
Grease and sprinkle the cake form, with crumbles or cocnut flings
Slice the apples and put the cinnamon and sugar on them
Whisk the eggs and sugar
Add the melted butter, flour and baking powder. stir it together.
Add some of the batter, add almost all the apples (just save some for decoration) add the last of the batter ,and on the top you put the last of the apple slices.
Bake for 30-40 minutes
