The right way. It can be to just step out for a moment, filling the lungs with fresh air, look around, settle in the day. Or stepping on the yoga math for a while. When I take the extra time in the mornings, to tune in the day, how I feel, I always get more prepared for what to come.
Today I started with a little yoga. And soon it’s time to run, and then travel down to Zegama- this seasons first race!
And yes, I love to eat a cinnamonbun with the morning coffee ❤
