Grand mother´s cookie

This is a simple and delicious cookie with a basic recipe and you can decide what to fill it with depending on what you feel for. A lot of the times I juts take jam, raspberry, strawberry etc. But to make  a filling with nuts and honey is very tasty too.


200 gram butter

0,45 liter wheat flour

0,1 liter sugar

2 tablespoon of vanilla sugar

Set the owen at 175 degrees

Work all the ingredients together (the butter should not be melted). Make a elongated roll and put in the fridge for half an hour.

Make small balls, flatten them and put the jam there.

Bake the cookies for 10-13 minutes
