I´m very into coconut right now and as always chocolate.. So I wanted to make a cake which includes both and have a equal taste of the both.
100 gram dark chocolate
70 gram butter
30 gram coconut oil
2 tablespoons of raw cacao
0,3 l of coconut flings
Set the owen at 175 degrees
Melt the chocolate, the butter and coconut oil
whisk the egg and add all ingredients
I used silicon muffin forms, but paper muffins form should be ok too.
15-25 minutes depending on how you want them, less baked or well baked.
