In the summer I eat so much ice cream, and this recipe is a really easy and fast one that is super for a warm day!

0.3 liter of coconut milk

4 tablespoons of raw cacao

1 spoon of honey

Mix it all together,

put in the freezer, stir once in a while. Ready after 1,5-2 hours. Eat with summer berries!

    Hi! I make my ice cream with goat yoghurt and frozen wild berries – no need to wait for ice cream to freeze. Put both ingredients in a blender or smoothie maker, add some cinnamon (and some honey or banana, if you like it sweeter) and blend for 30 secs. And you got yourself super healthy ice cream. Eat immediately, no need to freeze it.
