imageSummer means ice cream for me, and this one is one of a kind!

It’s fresh and healthy, exactly what I can feel like after a lunch in the heat of the summer.

Do like this:

1 frozen sliced banana

A handful of frozen strawberries

5-8 tablespoons of milk ( the one you prefer)

Add some strawberry jam or a little agave syrup or honey.

Mix all.
