It feels like I’m rich when I have the freezer full of baked goods. Cinnamonbuns, banana cake, chocolate chop cookies I often have in the freezer, but to add these ones I feel even richer!

150 g coconut oil
2 dl oat mylk
2.5 dl sugar
2 tsp vanilla sugar
4 tbs cacao
2 tsp
4.5 dl flour
Glacing;
150 g milkfree butter or coconut oil
1 dl espresso
3 tbl cacao
5 dl florsocker ( powder sugar?)
1-2 dl cocos on top!
Melt the butter/oil and add the rest for the cake! Then melt the butter/oil for the glacing!
Owen at 200 degrees and bake for 20 ish minutes. ❤️
