Race- energy!

10 dates (warm or lukewarm, then they are easy to mash)

1 dl nuts (I use almonds and walnuts)

1 dl oats

1 tablespoon of coconut fling

1 teaspoon coconut oil.

Recipe 2: When I just want to eat something tasty with cocoa for snack I remake the recipe like this:

10 dates (warm or lukewarm, then they are easy to mash)

1,5 dl nuts (I use almonds and walnuts)

0,5 dl oats

1 tablespoon of coconut fling

1 teaspoon coconut oil.

1 tablespoon cocoa

Chokladbollar

Cheers!

How do you carry them during a race. Plastic bag? Wrapped in paper separately?

10 dates ?? Dont get it. Can some one give a hint for stupid finnjävel? 😛

A date is a fruit with a pit, from the date palm tree, usually available dried. So the recipe is saying to use 10 of them, mashed up. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Date_palm
