Chickpeas pancakes

I love this easy healty filling pancakes!

4 dl chickpeas
2 dl milk (soy, almond etc)
100 ml of mixed oats (oat-flour, wheat, rye, or whatever flour you want)
5 eggs
Little salt
1 spoon of olive oil.
Mix the chickpeas with 3 dl of water.
Then stir everything together.

Enjoy! Good to aswell to salty as to dessert!

    Do you sort of grind the chickpeas in the water to get a smooth mixture?

    On the internet I saw recipes for pancakes with chickpea flour, perhaps easier?
