Because the last time I wrote I wrote about rehab exercises, so I figured it was time for an update..!
Speaking about rehab, I still go to the gym, and will probably do for long time ahead, and I do start to like it. In the way that it feels really good for my knee. I´m super happy to get a strength program form physiotherapist https://www.fysioterapionline.nu
After spending a month in Tignes we are now home in Norway for a month enjoying just to be, and train, and getting into the home routines. Yesterday was the darkest day here at home so now it can only be lighter..!! All my life I have loved the dark time of the year, and almost felt sad when it changes. Don´t know why really, but I have a theory that during the dark months it feels more ok to just be. During the days when there is not any dark hours you can do so many things, all the day and night and that can stress me out when I think about that..!
And becaue this feels more like a little update here comes my winter racing schedule:

21-21 January: First World cup in Andorra
28-29 January: Second World cup in France
24 February- 2 March World Championship in Italy
I hope to do:
6 pack, med en vertical Storulvån, Sweden
Ok, now my coffe is gone and it´s time to get out to train! The sun rises at 10 and settle around 3 so the hours of light are precious!
